Training

We are dedicated to providing help and support to people in their own homes. Our commitment is to help maintain dignity and respect at times when a little (or more) help is required because of age or illness. Our team of carefully selected home helps and carers are there to give support and assistance when needed in a friendly and efficient manner.

We provide an understanding and caring approach, which requires the utmost dedication and professionalism and our care workers are selected following a detailed interview to ascertain their suitability and reliability.

They then undertake an intensive induction training programme within our residential homes at Hallaton Manor and Belton House. When they have proved themselves to be trustworthy, caring and reliable employees, they then commence their work for Asoka Home Care, supervised by senior staff to ensure that our customers receive an excellent quality of care at all times.

Your carers will have experience of dealing with a wide range of care needs including Dementia and mental health. All of our carers receive regular training updates including specialist training when required.
